MAKING AN OFFER OR ASKING A QUESTION

Real people respond here — not an automated system. Our sales associates have up to 50 years of combined experience in the art business, and they read every offer and question personally.

Most of our listings are fairly market priced, and many are priced competitively enough that they aren't subject to negotiation. Others are priced to invite offers. If you feel a work is priced too high, make an offer and an associate will work with you to facilitate a sale. Please note that offers below $2,000 cannot be considered.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT

Purchase requests are monitored by our staff around the clock. Associates present offers quickly and efficiently, and we'll contact you by email or telephone with every update.

PAYMENT

All payments are in USD. We accept credit cards through PayPal, bank wire transfer, direct bank deposit, cashier's check, personal check, and money order. Buyers outside the United States must pay by bank wire.

Premier Pop Art collects funds and holds them securely until the transaction is complete.

SHIPPING

We safely pack, insure, and ship every work through bonded carriers — FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight, and professional crating services among them. We ship any size, anywhere. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or VAT.

INSPECTION — PLEASE READ

Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to inspect and approve the purchase. Open and inspect your artwork immediately, save all packing materials, and notify us of approval by email. After 48 hours, all claims are declined without exception.

Please note that we facilitate sales of artwork only. Frames are often included as a courtesy or to protect the work in transit. They are considered used, are not part of the final sale price, and are not grounds for rejecting a transaction.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. If a return is accepted at our discretion, the buyer pays shipping both ways plus a 25% restocking charge and any additional fees incurred by Premier Pop Art. A 25% cancellation charge applies to orders cancelled by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation, or within 30 days of receiving returned work in the same condition it was sent.

Because all sales are final, ask us everything before you buy. Request additional photos, a condition report, or a call with a specialist. We would far rather spend an hour on the phone than have you receive something that isn't right.
